Terms & Conditions
- Original application form completely filled and duly signed by the applicant.
- Self attested PAN card and Aadhar card for applicant, co applicant and Nominee.
- Payment gateway slip or check copy or UTR number or Transaction ID.
- Account statement of credit card statement from where registration amount is paid to Hare Krishna Constructions.
- The intending buyer has applied for the registration of plots with full knowledge and subject to all laws, notification and rules applicable to this area which has been explained by the company and understood by the buyer.
- The company reserves its right to cancel the registration / allotment, modify and amend the conditions of cancellation at any given time. If the future payment delayed.
- Allottee would be liable to bear all the taxes /stamp duty charges /fee /GST/ service tax /other charges , as applicable.
